I stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel neat and clean. Everything is within easy walking distance like the Nebraska State Capitol and Lincoln Children's Museum, making my city adventures super enjoyable. however, my room did have a lingering smell of smoke, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience.

Parking wasn't an issue, but I often saw people loitering outside, making me a bit uncomfortable. Overall, there are areas that need attention, especially cleanliness, but the friendly staff and location were definite highlights.
